Outreaches - Save the Youth of America

Reaching the lost is our passion and the heartbeat of this ministry. The founder and board of Save the Youth of America have spent decades laboring in the harvest fields of the world seeing hundreds of thousands of people accept Jesus Christ as Lord. This passion for the lost is evident in all outreaches of Save the Youth from evangelistic events to television programs.

Evangelistic events have been held to reach the lost youth from raves to concerts in popular places like the Hard Rock Cafe to university auditoriums. The events often vary in music, duration, and location but the message of the event is always the same. The message of salvation through Jesus Christ is always preached and the young people are given an opportunity to accept Christ as their Saviour.

Amazing testimonies have come from reaching this lost generation in America. At a meeting in California a band member from a popular MTV band accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord. In another meeting a young teenage girl who had been raped weeks before was set free by the blood of Jesus. She danced for hours as though nothing had ever happened. There is power in the blood of Jesus Christ to set this generation free!

"Quickly, get out into the city streets and alleys. Collect all who look like they need a square meal, all the misfits and homeless and wretched you can lay your hands on, and bring them here." Luke 14:21 (The Message)

Save the Youth of America is reaching the lost by raising up believers and evangelists to reach this lost generation in America. The believers are equipped during evangelistic events or designated times of outreach on campuses or on the missions field. Young evangelists are trained to reach the lost by precept and example through our internship program. The internship program is a school of evangelism to raise up a generation to reach the lost.

One of the greatest needs in America is evangelism although much of the American church's focus and finances have headed overseas to reach the lost. The average believer in the U.S. has become a rooftop dweller and just looks down at a lost and dying world. At Save the Youth we are dedicated to mobilizing believers to reach the lost, raising up youth evangelists, and sending them into the harvest fields of America. Save the Youth is aggressively raising up an army to reach the lost youth of America since most people become born again by age 25.

One of the greatest needs today is for Christians to ask God to show His love to this hurting generation of young people. 2 Chronicles 7:14 says, "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land."
